Sasono will never sell or share your personal information or financial data, except where: a) Required by law or court order; b) Necessary to comply with AML/CTF obligations; or c) Shared with data processors under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Yes. Approved merchants get access to a secure dashboard with analytics, code redemptions, financial reporting, and payout information.

Yes. Each card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is visible when you purchase the card.

Check that the code is entered correctly (no spaces), that the merchant accepts Sasono and that the card hasn’t already been used or expired. If the problem persists, contact support@sasono.com with the full code and a description of the issue.

Sasono prepaid cards are non-refundable once issued, in line with digital goods policies.

Sasono cards are issued by Sason Finance Ltd., a registered Canadian MSB (FINTRAC: M23010441) and RPAA-registered with the Bank of Canada. We adhere to all applicable Canadian AML/CFT laws and EU regulations. All merchant partners are screened, and transactions are monitored for suspicious activity.
